US Compressor Returns Policy
It is our pledge at US Compressor to make our customers happy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product that we supply to you and/or your company, please contact us. We want to make our customers happy and we shall work to make things right.
US Compressor will accept returns on items that can be returned to stock or returned to manufacturer, except for custom products, customer specific products, special ordered items, or items past warranty. Items must be in original packaging and unopened, free from flaw or use. Restocking Fee may apply.

It is our responsibility to you, that you are contacted by a representative no later than 24-hours of submittal. We may not be able to issue you a RGA number right away; however, someone will contact you and communicate the status of your request.
Restock fees may apply up to 25%. Please ask a customer service representative for more details.
Credit for shipping and freight will be issued for items only shipped in error on our part. We cannot process a claim for freight/shipping charges for damages in shipment for items that were shipped on a customer collect or 3rd party account number.
IMPORTANT: Shipping Returns
Please include the RGA # clearly marked on the outside of the box and a copy of the RGA paperwork within the box. It is US Compressor policy that all incoming and outgoing shipments be properly marked and in order for us to ensure proper receipt of your returned product as well as a timely credit, we will refuse any boxes that do not have an RGA clearly marked on the box.
US Compressor will not credit or accept returns for custom products, customer specific products, special ordered items, or items past warranty. If any of the aforementioned items do not stand up to their warranty or specification within 30 days, the manufacture will be contacted for a replacement or return, contingent upon the terms of the manufacture warranty or allowance.
Genuine OEM Products
All Genuine OEM Products are Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable. If you ordered the incorrect Genuine OEM item, we will do our best to get you the right part and exchange if possible. Please speak to one of our customer service representatives for more details.
